Melissa has looked after our cat, Billy for us on two occasions and we have found  her  to be competent, calm , organised and caring.  Billy is on long-term medication for a thyroid condition, and she could be relied upon to give him the right doses at the right time over a period of several days .  Her ability to show warmth without smothering is reassuring.......Billy certainly approves of her!  In short, a very safe pair of hands.

All 4 Pets looked after my three pet hens while I was away for two weeks over Christmas. I was delighted that Melissa was willing to care for such unconventional pets. She came twice a day to open and close their coop, and went beyond the call of duty in keeping their environment clean and their feeder full. Despite the season, one of the hens even resumed laying eggs while in her care, which I attribute to her conscientiousness and genuine affinity for animals

Melissa is a friend of ours and when we heard she had opened up All 4 Pets we decided to try it out. We booked a weekend away and asked if she could look in and feed our Persian kitty - Bailey. It was the first time we had left him alone but Melissa was on the other end of the phone to reassure us he was ok. I would recomend Melissa not only because she is a good friend but because she is very responsible and truly loves animals.

We used All 4 Pets services for our kitten Alfie during the Christmas  break. It was comforting to know that, despite not being there, we  could rely on someone visiting Alfie and playing with him. Melissa was also very kind and updated us by email about Alfie's  behaviour and eating. He was very fine when we got back, the house was  tidy and every instruction had been followed.

When I met Melissa I was instantly impressed as to how organised and dedicated she was towards Charlie. All Charlie’s medical details, our vet’s details and our contact details were instantly taken in case of an emergency.
The service that Melissa provides is one of an impeccable standard from her transportation of the dogs in an air conditioned and caged safe environment to her reliability and time keeping in all weathers and meeting my flexible needs!
Charlie gelled with Melissa straight away and I’m really pleased that Charlie also has the chance to socialise with other dogs on the walks. Melissa’s pictures show that they have so much fun together and the dogs are not just walked they are lovingly trained for their security and wellbeing, all of which shines through Charlie.Thank goodness we are able to leave for work knowing that Charlie will still be as happy and content with his lot when we return!
