Q:What areas do you cover?
A: We cover - Cambridge, Trumpington, The Shelfords, Histon, Girton, Longstanton, The Wilbrahams, Burrwell, Newmarket and Red Lodge
Q: Are you insured and Police checked?
A: Yes All 4 Pets is insured by 'Pet Business Insurance' which covers Public Liability and loss of keys. All 4 Pets is also police checked and makes sure we update our Criminal Record Documents annually.
Q: How many dogs do you walk on the pack walks?
A: We normally walk no more than 5 dogs at one time. We find that this number is enough for the dogs to feel like they are in a pack, but still get individual attention.
Q: Do you let the dogs off lead?
A: Our pack walks are mostly off lead with a few minutes on lead ( getting the dogs from the van to the Fen and back) We can also let the individual dog walks off lead with permission in a park or wooded area. Never on the road.
Q: What kind of service is given when pet sitting cats?
A: Each cat sit visit is 30 minutes long and includes cleaning of cat bowls, putting down fresh food and water, cleaning out the litter tray, basic grooming, lots of play and loving care, cleaning up of any accidents and home security check.
Q: What kind of service is given when pet sitting dogs?
A: We offer two different services for dog sitting. We can come stay at your house over night from 18:00 - 9:00 or we can come and do two 1 hour pet sits per day which includes a 45 minute walk on or off lead and a game of fetch, cleaning of dog bowls, putting down fresh food and water, lots of loving care and attention, cleaning up of any accidents and home security check.
Q: What kind of service is given when pet sitting small animals?
A: Each visit is between 10 - 20 minutes and includes cleaning of pets bowls, putting down fresh food and water, cleaning out of hutch/cage, lots of cuddles and home security check.
Q: What if I have a dog and a cat that need pet sitting?
A: Each visit would be about 80 minutes and include all the services listed above.
Q: Do you do dog walks on the weekends?
A: Yes we are happy to come and walk your dog on weekends or after hours with no extra price.
Q: Will I meet my pet sitter/dog walker?
A: Yes. Before our first visit with your pet, we will come for a free pre-visit to meet you and your pets. This free consultation can range from 20 minutes to 2 hours, we go through some paper work and make sure we can deliver all your pets needs. A pre dog walk on the consultation is welcomed!
Q: What do you do in case of a emergency?
A: First we will assess the situation and call you to discuss. If we can’t get hold of you and medical attention is required, we will take your dog to your nominated veterinary practice or, depending on the circumstance, the nearest veterinary practice.
Q: Do you offer boarding?
A: No. Not at this time. We do offer pet sitting in your home, without a disruption to their routine or the upheaval of going to kennels.
